Usage: This hot melt adhesive is mainly used for sealing or bonding in the foaming process of refrigerators and freezers. (Adhesion and sealing at the gaps between the shells of refrigerators and freezers).

Suitable for machinery: Noxin FoamMelt ® 200 class hot melt foam adhesive machine

Product features: non-toxic, odorless, solvent-free, and fast curing speed, strong adhesion force.

2、 Application process

Spray glue, recommended operating temperature is 120 ℃ -130 ℃.

3、 Precautions

Do not mix with other adhesives.

The hot melt adhesive groove must be tightly covered to prevent debris from falling into and affecting the performance of the adhesive.

Due to the need for heating during the use of hot melt adhesive, personal protective equipment must be worn.

Suggest using a "first in first use" cycle.

4、 Packaging and Storage

1. Packaging: 25kg/pack;

2. Storage: Store in a cool and dry place and avoid direct sunlight. The storage temperature should be below 40 ℃ and kept away from sources of fire and heat. Unused glue should be immediately sealed and stored.

Note: The color of the product may fluctuate due to different batches of raw materials, but it does not affect the performance of the hot melt adhesive.
