Shandong Helichang New Material Co., Ltd. is located in the chemical industrial park of Juxian County, covering an area of approximately 70,000 square meters. This project is designed for an annual production capacity of 30,000 tons of new materials, 12,000 tons of cyclopentanone, and 500 tons of pharmaceutical intermediates, with a total investment of RMB 502 million. This includes RMB 22.1 million dedicated to workplace safety and RMB 18.4 million allocated for environmental protection. Currently, our main products include 12 types of new materials and pharmaceutical intermediates, such as cyclopentanone, 3-cyclopentylpropionyl chloride, adamantanone, 2-methylindoline, 4-chloro-3-sulfamoylbenzoic acid, 7-methoxy-1-tetralone, sodium bisulfite solution, and solar backsheet adhesive. The production process for cyclopentanone was jointly developed by Mr. Chen Chengwen, the company's founding principal and recipient of the Shandong Taishan Industry Leading Talent award, and Professor Sun Guoxin from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Jinan University, also a Taishan Industry Leading Talent awardee in Shandong Province. With a purity level reaching up to 99.99%, this product fills a critical technological gap in China and sets a new industry benchmark. It has been widely adopted in the packaging processes of electronic chips, enabling a cross-sector application shift from traditional uses in pharmaceuticals and flavoring raw materials to advanced applications in the electronics industry. The product is now successfully exported to numerous countries and regions, including Japan, South Korea, Germany, and Taiwan. The production of solar backsheet adhesive employs our company’s independently developed high-purity nitrogen purification technology, combined with advanced process flows and equipment. This innovation significantly reduces the acid value of the final product and greatly shortens batch production time. The resulting products meet international standards for acid value and color phase, placing us at the forefront of the domestic market.
