Rivaroxaban is a new oral anticoagulant drug, which has a long curative effect through oral absorption. It is used for the prevention and treatment of venous thrombosis, with a wide range of treatment and without routine coagulation monitoring. The world's first direct factor Xa inhibitor, developed by Bayer, was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2011.
